That’s a good response, and it may explain why a sizable portion of Arab Americans voted for Trump.
It turns out that the issue that matters most to this group is the same as the issue that matters most to the whole electorate: the economy. The breakdown of the 39% between Trump and Harris was not shown in a cross-tabulation, but I assume that Arab Americans who are concerned about inflation and their jobs vote for Trump, much like the general public.
Then there are the topics that this poll did not address and that very few pollsters inquire about. “Transgender rights” is the first, and it might imply different things to different people. However, it implies this to at least millions of voters: Boys posing as girls who use girls’ locker rooms and participate in girls’ sports.
“Reparations” is the second topic that is rarely polled. When podcaster “Charlamagne tha God” questioned Vice President Harris about reparations just last week, the Democrat nominee said the topic “needed to be studied.” Last was the first time the idea was brought up in the campaign.
