Pakistan’s dedication to safeguarding Chinese individuals and projects was reaffirmed by Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, who also emphasized that those accountable for the recent Karachi incident would be held accountable.
These comments were made by Naqvi during a meeting with Chinese Ambassador Jiang Zedong, who voiced his worries about Chinese national security in the wake of an attack on two Karachi residents.
Two Chinese employees were hurt when a security guard opened fire on them at Liberty Textile Mills in Karachi’s SITE Industrial Area. The guard then fled the area.
The victims were taken right away to a local hospital, and the runaway guard, who had been working at the clothing business for about five months, has been charged with terrorism by the police.
