Under the auspices of Tehreek Tahafuz Ayeen-e-Pakistan (TTAP), a coalition of multiple opposition groups, including the PTI, which was created by Imran Khan, has agreed to hold an all-party conference (APC) on July 31.
“The first step of our movement is an all-party conference,” TTAP leader Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar, who was formerly a member of the PPP, stated at a press conference alongside Mahmood Khan Achakzai.
“Anyone who feels oppressed by the existing government is welcome to join the APC. “Anyone who is disturbed by state repression is welcome,” Khokar, a former spokesperson for PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari, said.
Achakzai explained the alliance’s purpose, stating that it was established to restore genuine democratic representation through an impartial election commission rather than for political showmanship.
