For the second day in a row, Pakistan’s gold prices have risen sharply, climbing by Rs3,600 per tola.
The All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association (APGJA) reports that the current price of gold is Rs273,500 per tola.
Additionally, the cost of 10 grams of gold has gone up by Rs3,086, to Rs234,482.
The price increase, which increased by $36 to $2,623 per ounce, was ascribed by the APGJA to a rise in global gold prices. This comes after gold prices rose by Rs 2,500 on Monday.
