These included a 47-year-old Mexican national who was wanted in his home country for human trafficking, specifically recruitment for sexual exploitation; a 36-year-old Mexican who lived in Harbor City and was wanted in his home country for homicide related to a victim robbery; and a 39-year-old El Salvadorean who had previously been found guilty of forcible oral copulation of a victim under the age of 14.
“The men and women of ERO Los Angeles are mission-driven and dedicated to the safety of our communities and neighborhoods,” Ernesto Santacruz, acting Field Office Director, stated in a January press statement. “The outcome of this operation is another example of their continued professionalism, integrity, and commitment to safeguard the homeland.”
