LAHORE: Four renowned cricket players were among the inductees announced by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Friday for the esteemed PCB Hall of Fame Class of 2024.
The PCB Hall of Fame for 2024 has inducted former greats Saeed Anwar, Mushtaq Mohammad, Misbah-ul-Haq, and Inzamam-ul-Haq.
With four inductees being honored instead of the customary two, this is a historic year for the Hall of Fame. Since there were no cricket players recruited in 2023, this exception was granted.
Founded to honor the contributions of Pakistan’s cricketing greats, the PCB Hall of Fame already has such notable figures as Abdul Qadir, A.H. Kardar, Fazal Mahmood, Hanif Mohammad, Imran Khan, Javed Miandad, Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis, Younis Khan, and Zaheer Abbas.
A respected panel participated in this year’s selection procedure.
