KURRAM: Security forces responded to an attack on an aid convoy transporting necessities for the violence-plagued area of Kurram in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Thursday, killing six terrorists and martyring a soldier, the local administration claimed.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Shaukat Ali stated that three vehicles in the aid convoy were destroyed and that “a soldier is martyred and four others sustained injuries in the attack.”
According to him, security personnel responded appropriately to the attackers, killing six terrorists and wounding ten more.
Assailants targeted the convoy today by heavily firing on cargo vehicles transporting medications, fruits, vegetables, and other food items, security sources told News.
