RAWALPINDI: In a reversal of course, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Barrister Gohar announced on Thursday that he had visited Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Asim Munir.
After the military official repeatedly denied the meeting, PTI Chairman Gohar finally acknowledged it to reporters in the Adiala Jail courtroom.
The PTI chairman explained that all of the party’s requests and issues were brought straight to General Munir during their infrequent discussions with the COAS.
He described frank talks with the establishment as a constructive way to address persistent problems. Additionally, Barrister Gohar stated: “I met with COAS Munir with Ali Amin Gandapur, during which
