The Sindh High Court has directed the police to bring Armagan, the main suspect in the Mustafa murder case, before the court on Tuesday (tomorrow).
Regarding the trial court’s decision to deny the accused a physical remand, the SHC heard a plea.
In court were the case’s investigating officer, several officials, and Sindh’s acting prosecutor general, Muntazir Mehdi. According to the extra prosecutor general, the Darakhshan Police Station had received a ransom demand for Rs20 million and a report of Amir’s kidnapping had been filed.
