On Tuesday, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah asked demonstrators opposing the building of additional canals to maintain their composure and refrain from causing hardship to the populace by closing major roads and highways.
“Lawyers and nationalists should continue their protest without troubling their own people,” CM Murad stated during a press conference in Karachi.
He claimed that the PPP and the demonstrators had the same objective and that if their current talks with the federal government failed, his party would also hold rallies.
