According to an official statement released on Tuesday, US Consul General Scott Urbom recently concluded an official visit to Hyderabad during which he met with government representatives, academic and youth leaders, business community members, and alumni of US public diplomacy programs.
The goal of the visit was to further our two nations’ long-standing and intimate people-to-people ties as well as their economic cooperation.
Consul General Urbom visited senior alumni and attended the Pakistan-US Alumni Network (PUAN) reunion while in Jamshoro. The occasion demonstrated the effects of US exchange programs and featured alumni-led projects that promote youth involvement, public safety, and economic prosperity.
