According to security sources, the Pakistan Army shot down two Indian surveillance quadcopters on Tuesday along the Line of Control (LoC), revealing Indian forces’ provocative conduct and persistent ceasefire violations.
The first incident, according to official accounts, included the downing of a drone flown by India’s 5 Assam Regiment in the Manawar area of the Bhimber district. A few hours later, another Indian quadcopter that was trying to sneak inside Pakistani territory was stopped and destroyed in the Satwal sector.
Tensions are rising as a result of India’s provocations.
Experts in security and defense have cautioned that India’s frequent and careless military operations, particularly along a delicate border like the Line of Control, are intentional attempts to undermine regional peace.
