Some of the allegations against an Australian lady who is accused of using a deadly mushroom lunch to kill three relatives and gravely hurt another have been dismissed by the prosecution.
The accusations against Erin Patterson for allegedly attempting to kill her husband were dropped, so she will not go to trial.
Three counts of murder and one count of attempted murder remain against her.
The 50-year-old has consistently insisted on her innocence and entered a not guilty plea; the Supreme Court of Victoria will start her trial on Wednesday.
