According to Geo Super, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) and the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) are having “active and ongoing discussions” regarding the white-ball trip of Pakistan that is planned for later this month.
The BCB emphasized in a statement issued on Saturday how important it is to continue to ensure the safety and security of its players and support personnel.
“The BCB wishes to reiterate that the safety and security of its players and support staff remain the Board’s highest priority,” the statement continued.
“All decisions concerning the tour will be made with careful consideration of the current situation in Pakistan, ensuring they align with the best interests of the team and Bangladesh cricket,” it added.
