According to Cuomo’s spokesperson, the former governor is unaware that his activities are being investigated by the Justice Department.
When Cuomo said he was not involved in examining a report from the New York Health Department regarding the state’s response to the Covid epidemic during his time as governor, House Republicans allegedly demanded that Cuomo be the subject of a federal investigation and claimed he had lied to a congressional committee.
