The Crown Prosecution Service has charged Tommy Robinson, a far-right activist whose true name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, with harassing two men in August of last year and inciting fear of violence.
“We have authorised the Metropolitan Police to charge Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, 42, with harassment causing fear of violence against two men,” a representative for the CPS stated.
“The Crown Prosecution Service reminds all concerned that criminal proceedings against the defendant are active and that he has the right to a fair trial.”
On June 5, 2025, the 42-year-old Luton native will appear in Westminster Magistrates’ Court.
