DALLAS: Two Pakistani-American citizens of North Texas have been taken into custody by the FBI. Muhammad Salman Nasir, 35, and Abdul Hadi Murshid, 39, are the people that were arrested. They have been charged with visa fraud, money laundering, and conspiracy under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, together with a prominent legal practice and a business company.
Both individuals are also suspected of trying to illegally seek US citizenship, according to Acting US Attorney for the Northern District of Texas Chad E. Meacham, who made the announcement.
The indictment claims that Murshid and Nasir worked with The Law Offices of D Robert Jones PLLC.
