In North Waziristan, one polio case was confirmed, bringing the total number of cases this year to 14.
The National Emergency Operations Centre (NEOC) said on Tuesday that a 19-month-old had contracted the polio outbreak. Four polio cases were recorded in Sindh, while eight cases were verified in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Gilgit-Baltistan and Punjab each reported one instance. In eleven of the union councils (UCs) in North Waziristan, a particular anti-polio campaign is planned.
The NEOC has requested that parents make sure their children receive the oral polio vaccine.
