Police are looking into every possibility, including natural causes, accidents, suicide, and foul play, in the mystery surrounding actor-turned-model Humaira Asghar’s unreported death for several months.
The 32-year-old actor, who had been living alone for seven years, was discovered dead on July 8 in an apartment in the Ittehad Commercial neighborhood of Defence Phase VI.
After the apartment’s owner filed a case, a court-appointed bailiff was in to enforce an eviction order over unpaid rent, which is when her body was found.
According to Police Surgeon Summaiya Syed’s post-mortem report, the Pakistani actor’s body was in a very decomposed state, and preliminary tests indicated that she had passed away eight to ten months prior.
