LONDON: To commemorate the 50th anniversary of Bestway’s foundation and to honor its esteemed founder, Sir Anwar Pervez OBE, the Bestway Group invited 800 distinguished guests to the Royal Albert Hall in a magnificent ceremony suitable for a visionary entrepreneur.
With a lineup of top-notch performers and moving speeches, the event, which was hosted by Dermot O’Leary, honored one of Britain’s most inspirational businessmen. He was born in Gujjar Khan, Pakistan, and came to the UK with little more than tenacity. He went on to create a company empire that now employs more than 50,000 people worldwide, including in Pakistan.
With dignitaries present, the Royal Albert Hall was converted into a stage for the festivities.
