KABUL: In order to combat terrorism, better manage their shared border, and maintain regional peace, Pakistan and Afghanistan decided on Sunday to strengthen their bilateral collaboration.
According to a statement, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and his Afghan counterpart Sirajuddin Haqqani met in Kabul and came to this understanding.
During his one-day official visit to Afghanistan, Interior Minister Naqvi landed in Kabul.
Afghan Interim Deputy Interior Minister Mohammad Nabi Omari welcomed Naqvi at the Kabul airport today. On the occasion, senior officials from the Afghan Ministry of Interior were also in attendance.
