A disturbing video of two individuals in a car being swept away into a storm drain in a private housing society has also surfaced from the federal capital.
The video, which has gone viral on social media, depicts a car floating in floodwaters, leaving its occupants defenseless.
When the residents attempted to drive their vehicle close to the storm drain, the increased water flow swept them away with their vehicle.
