LONDON: After Major (retired) Adil Raja made multiple accusations against him from the UK jurisdiction, former Pakistani senior military commander Brigadier (retd) Rashid Naseer told the UK High Court that he and his family experienced harassment, abuse, threats to their lives, and privacy violations.
Brigadier (retired) Naseer was testifying in the defamation lawsuit he had filed against former Major Raja for allegedly defaming him in about a dozen Facebook, YouTube, and X (Twitter) posts.
Barrister Simon Harding, the attorney for the defendant Adil Raja, began the trial by cross-examining him. Adil Raja showed up on Zoom.
