After the bus flipped on a Florida highway, eight more individuals suffered serious injuries, and 40 people were hospitalized.
The Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) reported that when it struck the pickup truck in Marion County, north of Orlando, it was carrying 53 workers.
The bus then veered off State Road 40, a two-lane, steep road that passes through farmland, and collided with a fence before toppling over, according to the authorities.
The incident happened on Tuesday at 6:35 a.m. local time.
Over thirty ambulances responded to the scene, and the truck’s driver was also sent to the hospital.
