The Ohio senator stated on Friday that while he agreed with the idea, his comments did not disparage those who choose not to have children.
He said to Megyn Kelly on YouTube, “I honestly believe that having children and becoming a parent or mother profoundly alters one’s outlook. That’s the straightforward statement I made.
