HOUSTON: Pakistan’s greatest trading partner, the US, may greatly benefit from increased exports, according to ambassador to the US Rizwan Saeed Sheikh, who has said that doing so could set the country’s economy on a course toward sustainable prosperity.
This was stated by Rizwan during a meeting in Washington, DC, with Muhammad Saeed Sheikh, the president of the Karachi-Houston Sister City Association (HKSCA).
During their conversation, the ambassador emphasised the vital role Pakistani-American organisations play in promoting trade and investment opportunities between Pakistan and the United States. Saeed is a well-known business leader and volunteer in Houston.
Rizwan emphasized that, especially in light of recent difficulties, the Pakistani-American community is not only strengthening the bonds between Islamabad and Washington but also significantly advancing Pakistan’s growth.
