Sheikh Waqas Akram of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) said that the previous prime minister had been notified of Bagh-e-Jinnah’s protest by the party’s leaders.
“The PTI founder had praised the masses of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa,” Akram stated in a video statement. During the meeting, the founder of the PTI also praised the work of KP Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur.
Akram reaffirmed that on October 2 (Wednesday), the PTI will hold protests in Mianwali, Faisalabad, and Bahawalpur.
He declared, “On October 5, the PTI will stage its protest at Lahore’s Minar-e-Pakistan.”
The PTI had earlier on Sunday scheduled rallies for October 2 in three major Punjabi cities.
