The incident transpired after he revealed that Imran’s doctors were permitted to see him at Adiala jail following the PTI’s complaint that its leader, who was detained, was experiencing health problems.
Gohar had already claimed that, despite Imran’s illness, no lawyer, relative, or party leader had been permitted to see him since October 3. He said the PTI has asked to the interior ministry to meet with the founding chairman in the presence of a party official, a family member, or a medical practitioner.
Gohar stated that “government doctors, along with medical specialists and an ENT specialist (otolaryngologist), had arrived at the jail” in an interview with Dawn.com today.
Later, he reported that the two doctors met Imran around 4 p.m. in a post on X.
