Wall chalking and leaflet distribution are prohibited in the federal capital, and the district administration of Islamabad is still enforcing these laws.
Four people have been charged with breaking these restrictions as part of this enforcement.
To guarantee adherence to the prohibition, the Deputy Commissioner of Islamabad has instructed all Assistant Commissioners to expedite activities. Posters and leaflet distribution will not be allowed, and wall chalking of any kind is strictly forbidden.
The administration’s dedication to upholding cleanliness and public order in the city is demonstrated by the DC Islamabad’s warning that those who disobey these rules will face severe legal repercussions.
