PTI Chief Imran Khan’s release has been ordered by the Islamabad High Court (IHC), which has granted his bail requests in the second Toshakhana case.
On Wednesday, the bail request was considered by Justice Miangul Hasan Auraganzeb. Salman Safdar, the defense attorney, and the FIA prosecutor gave thorough presentations of their positions before the hearing began.
Following a protracted hearing, the court granted the bail request and ordered Imran Khan’s release in exchange for Rs. 1 million in surety bonds.
Will Imran Khan be released from prison?
Imran Khan may not be released right away due to a number of other instances. Nevertheless, the ruling is a significant win and a boost to the spirits of PTI supporters who are getting ready to stage a large-scale demonstration on November 24.
If a written order is given, Imran Khan may theoretically be released today.
