In every case brought against him, the Lahore High Court has denied the PTI founder’s request for temporary relief.
The founder’s sister, Noreen Niazi, filed the petition, which asked for bail in connection with many cases.
The Punjab and Federal Interior Departments’ reports on the cases against the PTI founder were also examined by the court.
The Islamabad Police said that 62 cases had been filed against the PTI founder, but the Punjab Home Department said that no cases had been brought against him in the province.
According to the Punjab government’s lawyer, 54 lawsuits were also filed inside the state’s borders.
Justice Farooq Haider stated during the hearing that the accused must appear in court before a bail judgment can be made.
