In the cause of Islam, renowned Kashmiri vocalist Reshi Sakeena has formally left the music business.

Comparisons of her before and after pictures are all over social media; she was once renowned for her vibrant attire, but these days she is seen wearing a headscarf.

According to reports, Sakeena’s dread of God and worries about the afterlife were the main reasons she decided to quit singing. Her father was a poet, and the 25-year-old artist comes from a middle-class household in Bandipora, Jammu and Kashmir.

After graduating from matriculation, she quit school to take on family duties following the death of her mother.

Sakeena was a martial arts athlete before switching to music, learning to play instruments and hoping to establish herself in the field.
