Dev Patel’s response to his lookalike competition is startling.
“I was quite overwhelmed by it and very touched,” Patel says in an interview with Variety, adding that he is amazed that “more than five people showed up.”
Patel continued, “I also have to admit that I believe the majority of the men who came were much more attractive and competent than I am. Without a doubt, I believe I would have lost my own lookalike competition.
The Wedding Guest star acknowledged that the competition was “really amazing” and that he was “shocked at the sheer amount of people that showed up.”
