ISLAMABAD: From December 18 to 20, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif will go to Egypt for an official visit in order to attend the 11th Summit of the Developing Eight (D-8) nations, which will take place in Cairo.
“Investing in Youth and Supporting SMEs: Shaping Tomorrow’s Economy” is the subject for the 11th D-8 Summary.
The prime minister will emphasize the value of investing in youth and SMEs during the summit in order to create jobs, advance innovation, foster local entrepreneurship, and develop a robust and inclusive economy, according to a statement from the Foreign Office.
“He will express Pakistan’s strong commitment to the ideals of D-8; underscore the importance of fostering partnerships for mutual benefit and prosperity; and promoting cooperation in agriculture, food security and tourism.”
