Following great anticipation, Netflix revealed that Cobra Kai’s series finale will premiere on February 13.
The streamer revealed, “We’re not good at saying goodbye… because Cobra Kai never dies.”
“The show will end our love for The Karate Kid, but our desire to play in The Karate Kid sandbox doesn’t end,” said Hayden Schlossberg, co-creator of the series.
“It’s simply that this is a story that really followed Johnny Lawrence’s [William Zabka’s] redemption, and that story is going to end,” he told THR.
“There will undoubtedly be a lot of potential that you’ll see in those final moments, whether that’s exploring some of the characters and their pasts or where their futures lie.”
