After 2023 fistfight on live TV, PTI’s Marwat, PML-N’s Afnan make peace in parliament

Sher Afzal Marwat, the leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), and Afnan Ullah Khan, a senator from the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N), met up with Marwat on Monday, but this time, their encounter was different from their previous one. In 2023, Marwat and Afnan made headlines across the country after a heated argument on live television turned into a rough physical altercation; this time, the political leaders bumped into each other in the hallways of Parliament House and instead of exchanging blows, they held a press conference where they discussed their estrangement. In response to a question, the PTI leader stated that they were political workers and that they spoke and resolved the matter in Azerbaijan.
