Ten “beggars” who had been deported from Saudi Arabia were taken into custody by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Sunday at Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport.
Suspects were reportedly begging in the country even though they were there on Umrah visas, according to an FIA official.
Rajanpur, Kashmore, Naushahro Feroze, Lahore, Peshawar, Mohmand, and Larkana were among the people who were taken into custody.
The spokesperson went on to say, “The suspects have been moved to the agency’s anti-human smuggling circle in Karachi for carrying out legal action.”
Immigration officials then intensified the screening procedure at all airports around the nation and closely examined travelers leaving for other nations.
