A local person was killed by a remote-controlled bombing in Bajaur, a district in the Malakand Division of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Police said that the explosive was planted by unidentified militants in the Joragha Aseel Targao neighborhood of Barang Tehsil, where the explosion occurred. Wilayat Khan has been identified as the victim.
No one or organization has taken credit for the attack, according to Bajaur District Police Officer (DPO) Waqas Rafiq.
He went on to say that authorities have started operations to catch the culprits and that investigations are still in progress.
