Although there were scattered reports of light rain and snow in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Sunday, most of the country was characterized by cold and dry conditions.
The following rainfall totals were recorded within the past 24 hours: 1 mm in Mir Khani, Chitral, and Dir; 4 mm in Malam Jabba; and 3 mm in Pattan.
According to the Met Office, “a shallow westerly wave is affecting upper parts of the country and moving northeastward.”
