Following the recent Pahalgam incident, which claimed the lives of 26 soldiers in Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir, India has retaliated against Pakistan in a number of ways.
Among these, the official X (formerly Twitter) account of the Government of Pakistan has been prohibited by the Indian government within its borders.
In accordance to a court order, the account now shows a notice that it has been withheld in India.
The account was blocked in response to the attack in the Baisaran Valley, close to Pahalgam, where visitors were shot at by terrorists, resulting in numerous fatalities.
