A stabbing at a private school in western France claimed the life of an adolescent girl and injured three other classmates.
The attack happened Thursday afternoon at Nantes’ Notre-Dame-de-Toutes-Aides school.
A teacher reportedly resisted the attacker, who was then taken into custody on the spot.
Along with army officers, there was a substantial police presence and emergency services dispatched to the school. Since then, it has been evacuated.
