As tensions over the Pahalgam attack in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) continue to rise, the US has once again encouraged both India and Pakistan to work toward a reasonable conclusion.
State Department spokesperson Tammy Bruce responded to a query regarding Secretary Rubio’s Wednesday calls to the prime minister of Pakistan and his Indian counterpart by saying: “Secretary Rubio urged both countries to work towards a responsible resolution that maintains long-term peace and regional stability in South Asia.” We still have several layers of communication with the governments of both nations.
