The judge in the King v. Gulfam case was informed that Hussain had been accused of violating Section 4(1) of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 by harassing someone into fearing violence.
“Gulfam Hussain between November 22, 2024, and April 12, 2025, caused Zikriya Sharif to fear that violence,” the accusation states.
