ISLAMABAD: The Senate vehemently denounced the terrorist assault in Khuzdar on Thursday, asking for a more robust defense against outside threats and reiterating the nation’s dedication to protecting its inhabitants. The Senate also called the targeting of youngsters “inhumane.”
The move to suspend regular business and address the Khuzdar incident, which claimed the lives of six individuals, including four schoolchildren, was introduced by Senator Agha Shahzaib Durrani.
Senators emphasized the value of national unity in the battle against terrorism and accused India of aiding the terrorists during the debate.
