Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif was represented by Minister of State for Overseas Pakistanis Aun Chaudhry at the 30th anniversary of the Srebrenica genocide, which took place in Potočari, Bosnia and Herzegovina, on July 11—the United Nations’ “International Day of Reflection and Commemoration of the 1995 Genocide in Srebrenica.”
During the solemn ceremony, Chaudhry informed top Bosnian officials, including Foreign Minister Elmedin Konaković, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers and Defense Minister Zukan Helez, and Member of the Presidency Dr. Denis Bećirović, of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s prayers and well wishes for the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
