LAHORE: After falling into a deep trench filled with rainwater in the Shahdara Town neighborhood of Lahore, a motorcyclist barely avoided suffering major injuries.
Rainwater had gathered in Rasul Park during sewerage excavation work, which is where the tragedy happened.
According to CCTV footage that came to light on Tuesday, the citizen fell into the uncovered, water-filled trench as he rode away from home on a motorcycle.
In order to save him from drowning, locals hurried to his aid and securely removed him.
