KHAIRPUR, THATTA. Two buses overturned in Thatta and Khairpur, injuring over 40 passengers, and at least nine people have died in several accidents in Sindh.
According to the rescue personnel, the first incident happened at Darsgah Muhammad Ali on the National Highway when a bus carrying picnickers from Karachi to Keenjhar Late flipped because the driver was speeding.
The tragedy resulted in six fatalities and over twenty injuries. The victims’ bodies are being taken to Karachi after the bus was lifted out of the crane.
According to an Edhi spokeswoman, the bodies were being moved from Thatta to the morgue in Orangi Town, where the victims and injured came from.
