QUETTA: Police surgeons from Sandeman Hospital exhumed and performed post-mortem examinations on a man and a woman who were allegedly killed in the Degari neighborhood near Quetta in the name of honor.
The police surgeon, Dr. Ayesha, claims that the guy was shot nine times and the woman seven times. The Degari coal mine graveyard served as the site of the autopsies.
Last month, a local tribal jirga ordered the pair to be shot dead for honor in Dagari, which is outside the provincial capital.
