On Saturday, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif praised Saudi Arabia’s steadfast assistance to Pakistan, emphasizing the kingdom’s part in helping the nation get through these difficult times.
Speaking at the Seerat Museum’s foundation stone ceremony in Islamabad, Prime Minister Shehbaz stated, “[During our meeting], Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud reaffirmed that Saudi Arabia will never leave Pakistan’s side and expressed the Saudi government’s boundless affection for the nation.”
Dignitaries, including the Secretary-General of the Muslim World League Dr. Mohammad bin Abdul Karim Al-Issa, attended the auspicious ceremony.
The prime minister expressed gratitude to Saudi Arabia for giving Pakistan particular attention, pointing out that projects like the planned Seerat Museum and the renowned Faisal Mosque served as examples of the strong ties between the two countries.
The prime minister also declared that Pakistan and Saudi Arabia will become even closer when a high-ranking Saudi delegation paid a visit to Pakistan shortly.
PM Shehbaz emphasized Saudi Arabia’s contribution to Pakistan’s growth in a number of areas and stated the Seerat Museum would significantly help fight Islamophobia and remove false information directed towards Muslims.
