Expanding upon a two-color rendition released earlier this year, the new pictures offer better wavelength coverage for a more detailed representation.
The weak outer and inner rings of Uranus, including the elusive Zeta ring—the incredibly faint and diffuse ring closest to the planet—were captured by Webb’s extraordinary sensitivity.
